Facing the Arkifane | God in the Machine

The mission takes place on Arkimonus Prime and culminates in a multi-phase battle against Vashtorr. During the encounter, you will be teleported between combat areas before reaching the final arena. 

God in the Machine contains nine Secrets and one Purity Seal. Collect the first two Secrets in the opening arena, then find the Purity Seal and two more Secrets in the area you are teleported to. The remaining five Secrets are scattered across the final boss arena. 

Secret 1: Behind the Barrier

1. Enter the first large area and begin clearing the enemies.

2. Look for a small barrier in the area.

3. Search directly behind it for the first Secret.

4. Collect the pickup before progressing.

Secret 2: Crashed Airship

1. Find the crashed airship in the first large area.

2. Look for a skull beside the wreck.

3. Shoot the skull to open the back of the airship.

4. Enter the wreck and collect the Secret.

Purity Seal 1: Airship in the Second Area

1. Defeat the enemies in the first area and allow Vashtorr to teleport you to the next location.

2. Head toward the airship at the edge of this area.

3. Find the skull beside the airship and shoot it.

4. Enter the opened airship and collect the Purity Seal.

Secret 3: Blue-Eyed Giant Skull

1. Remain in the second area and inspect the surrounding walls.

2. Find a giant skull with a flashing blue eye.

3. Shoot the blue eye.

4. Collect the Secret that emerges from the ground.

Secret 4: Second Giant Skull

1. Search farther to the left of the previous giant skull.

2. Locate another skull with a flashing blue eye.

3. Shoot its eye to reveal the Secret.

4. Collect the pickup before continuing toward the boss arena.

Secret 5: Corner of the Ruins

1. Progress until you reach the final boss arena.

2. Inspect the ruined structures around the arena.

3. Search the corner of one of the ruins.

4. Collect the Secret hidden there.

Secret 6: Right Side of the Middle Island

1. During the boss encounter, reach the middle island.

2. Locate the building on the island.

3. Circle the right side of the building.

4. Collect the Secret tucked behind it.

Secret 7: Left Side of the Right Island

1. Move to the right-hand island during the boss fight.

2. Find the building on this island.

3. Circle around its left side.

4. Collect the Secret hidden there.

Secret 8: Open Area on the Middle Island

1. Return to the middle island.

2. Search the open ground around the building.

3. Look for a Secret pickup that is not hidden behind a wall or switch.

4. Collect it before moving on to the final Secret.

Secret 9: Top of the Pillar

1. Locate the jump pad on the right-hand island.

2. Use it to reach the upper platform on the middle island, where one of the healing pylons was located.

3. Look for a nearby pillar with a Secret on top.

4. Jump onto the pillar and collect the final Secret.

The last five Secrets are spread throughout the boss arena, so explore the islands between combat phases instead of focusing exclusively on Vashtorr.
