MSI showed off a lot of new hardware and innovative concept products at CES2026. These included enthusiast PCs, graphics cards, displays, storage, networking, peripherals, and AI-focused systems. The expo showcased headline designs for stores and concept gear that are expected to change further later this year.

MEG system was the main emphasis of the MSI exhibit. It is a next-generation high-end PC designed to showcase the finest MSI has to offer and is intended for the retail channel. Maestro900R chassis, MSI's best-case design, serves as the basis for the system. It has the new X870E UniFi X-Maxx motherboard. It is cooled by the CoreLiquid E15 360, the latest version of MSI's best liquid-cooling system.

The motherboard mounting system can rotate 90 degrees in all directions, allowing you to set up the case in four distinct ways. This configuration can hold both conventional and vertical graphics cards. The core frame can be completely removed and used as a separate test bench for people who often create and test things. The system also has a lot of screens, like a big vertical screen at the front and a curved screen over the main internal block.

Expected Store Setup

MEG system should come with a MEG X870 Ace Max motherboard, a Ryzen 9 5950X3D processor, and the RTX 5080 16GB Supreme Ultra. MEG AI1600T power supply and MSI's MEG liquid cooling work together to provide electricity. Storage will probably use MSI Spatium M560 PCIe Gen5 M.2 2TB drives, if they are available. The only part of the build that wasn't made by MSI was GSkill Trident Z5 Neo RGB RAM, which has a total capacity of 48GB.

MSI Motherboards from Arsenal and Mainstream

MSI Arsenal is a gaming brand focused on affordable gaming hardware. They showed off a new series of motherboards. These boards should come out sometime in 2026, perhaps around the second quarter after Computex.

Use in Studios and for Professional Displays

MSI also showed that it wants to enter the professional sector in 2026. One of the screens had a low-glare panel that didn't reflect light, good color definition, and built-in KVM capability. You can connect more than one device, such as a laptop and a desktop or an AI edge system, and swap between them with ease. The idea is to make it possible to work at home, as you would in a studio, with just one display.

Edge Computing and AI Systems

MSI exhibited a localized AI system based on the Nvidia DGX Spark platform in the desktop supercomputer category. The technology works with everything, so you can make models on your own computer and then upload them to the cloud when you need to. There was also an AI Edge prototype that could boot into Windows and function as an AI development environment. When you are ready to switch to full cloud hosting, everything you built on your own will still work with bigger AI platforms.

White PC Ideas and Pro Displays

MSI also showcased some PC designs with white themes, which align with the trend toward lighter system designs. Around Computex, these ideas should come into fuller view. MSI showed off the Pro Max monitor in white, featuring a 4 K 120Hz panel with low-glare treatment. In person, the display looked flat and had evenly balanced colors, regardless of lighting.

Power Supplies and Monitoring Options

MSI released a new line of power supplies with a redesigned exterior. The back has a USB port for monitoring software, which is a vital function. MSI demonstrated this with an RTX 5090 setup that has separate breaker points on each power wire. When a problem is detected, the current drops to zero, triggering both sound and light alarms. You should turn off the machine for at least 3 minutes, review the log file, fix the problem, and then resume using it normally.

Limited Edition RTX 5090 Graphics Card

MSI also showed off a limited-edition RTX 5090 graphics card during the booth setup. Only 1300 of these cards will be made. The card has a full-length display that covers the whole surface. It was also shown how the packaging worked, which weighed about 5 kg with the internal supports. The price wasn't given, but it's likely to be considerable.

Building and Cooling a Graphics Card

MSI provided a thorough description of the Lightning graphics card design, including the PCB, the robust metal-core structure, built-in LCD cooling, and an external cooler. The whole package is designed to help with heat management and structural support, which adds to its weight and appearance.

Storage Options with Data Security

MSI showed off the Spatium N571 DLP Gen5 SSD on the storage side. The drive is small, even though the exhibition stand is big. It has a controller that employs TSMC 6nm technology and protects against data loss. If the power goes off suddenly, the drive keeps the data safe long enough for a safe shutdown.

Hardware for Networking

MSI released a Wi-Fi 7 router that can reach up to 5764 Mbps at 6 GHz. This router is meant for high-performance settings with only one user. MSI also showed off a new mesh router system that delivers high-speed internet throughout the home for families with multiple devices.

Gaming Accessories

Strike700 wireless keyboard is a new addition to MSI's line of peripherals. It has a 60% layout and supports 8K polling and magnetic switches. You may change the actuation down to 0.5mm, and it should be available around the second quarter. Maestro500 headset was also displayed. It is light and can last up to 100 hours without noise cancellation or about 60 hours with noise cancellation on.

Final Thoughts

At MSI's CES2026 exhibit, there were a lot of different types of gear on display, such as high-end enthusiast systems, limited-edition graphics cards, professional displays, AI platforms, and gaming accessories. The portfolio focuses on modular design, monitoring, and interoperability for gaming, business, and AI applications.
