Back in April, Gearbox released Borderlands Science. An optional mini-game that would not only provide in-game rewards but aid advance medical research in mapping the human gut microbiome. According to Gearbox, over 1 million unique players have taken part in the experiment.

You try the mini-game as well inside Tannis infirmary. Those who play the mini-game will earn in-game currency can be redeemed for new skins and heads and help medical research in the process. So do some good and earn some cool Borderlands 3 gear.
Borderlands 3 is now available for PS4, PC, and Xbox One.
