Dead by Daylight Unveils Lunar New Year Event, Howling Grounds

A lot of games are having their own special event in celebration of the Lunar New Year, with Dead by Daylight joining in. 

Called Howling Grounds players can earn new cosmetics such as Feng Ming, David King, and the Huntress Lunar Year Cosmetics. These come in the form of clothes, Lunar Year Coins, Lunar Year Hook, and Lunar Year Generator.

During the event, players will have to burn a new offering called the "Red Envelope" which calls the Entity. This will allow players to earn Golden Coins and Burnt Coins by foxing Lunar Generators or when they hook survivors on the Lunar Hook.

These coins can be used to unlock cosmetic skins.

Collect as many of these coins as possible, as they are the key to unlock the Howling Grounds individual cosmetic rewards. Should you accomplish your individual challenges, keep collecting coins to contribute to the Community Challenge that unlocks the third reward for all players.

Dead by Daylight is available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
