Fat Princess Patch Coming

Oh the irony. It seems Fat Princess, the PlayStation Network title released last week, has been piling on a few too many pounds, as it has been suffering from latency issues.

Sony is moving quickly to rectify the problem though, and assure the legions of users who have already downloaded the game that a patch is very much on its way. "We are aware that some customers are experiencing connection issues and are working to address this ASAP," said a company spokesperson.

"If there are lag issues during a game, there will be a snail image in the lower left corner. It is advised that if this snail appears for more than 30 seconds, the player should try another game."

A PSP version of the game titled Fistful of Cake is currently being developed.
