Game Casting Director, Brigitte Burdine (48) Struck In Hit-And-Run

Video game casting director, Brigitte Burdine, was caught in a hit-and-run early this morning, when walking home from a date. With credits including a wide array of projects including Tales Of Symphonia, Xenosaga Episode II, World Of Warcraft, Infamous and even the upcoming Mortal Kombat reboot, she’s an inspiration in a world with a large majority of males.

As she was returning form the Shack hamburger joint, after meeting her boyfriend, 48-year-old Burdine was walking home when tragedy struck. LAPD’s West Traffic Division said Burdine was struck around 1.45AM, by a dark-colored sedan traveling East on Culver Boulevard, near Pershing Drive. The car did not stop.

Paramedics from LAFD rushed her to a nearby hospital, where she later succumbed to severe head trauma.

As the culprit is still at large at this point, investigators plead that anyone with information about the accident contact them at (213) 473-0234 or call (877) LAPD-247 during non-business hours or on weekends. The dark-colored sedan should have front-end damage, but any clues on the accident can help.
