Halo: ODST Firefight Coming to Halo: The Master Chief Collection this Summer

Halo: ODST was one of the apologies Microsoft provided after the horrible launch of Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Unfortunately, the game only included the campaign and not the multiplayer cooperative horde mode Firefight until now. With 343 and Microsoft adding the mode this Summer.

Firefight is a horde mode where up to 4 ODST troopers take on waves of harder enemies. Players can choose from a variety of maps from the campaign and take on the Covenant. Those hoping to fight the Flood will be disappointed, as there's no option for that.

Halo: ODST takes place during the events of Halo 2 and Halo 3. With players taking control of The Rookie, an elite ODST trooper looking for the whereabouts of his allies.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection is now available for PC and Xbox One.
