Layers of Fear 2 Announced, Coming in 2019

The 2016 horror title Layers of Fear was a hit with fans and critics for its dark and uneasy atmosphere. Now it has been confirmed by publisher Gun Media and developer Bloober Team that a sequel is in the works fittingly called Layers of Fear 2.

A trailer was provided giving little information but showing a theater, which could be the game's next setting. The first game centered on painting so it's likely this one will focus on film.

Layers of Fear 2 is slated for a 2019 release.
