Life is Strange's Original Voice Actor for Chloe Returns in Bonus Episode

Due to the voice actor's strike, the original voice actor for Chloe Price in Life is Strange, Ashley Burch, wasn't able to return to voice the character in the game's prequel Before the Storm. However, those who own the Deluxe Edition will hear her voice once again as Ashley Burch will return as the voice of Chloe Price in the bonus episode for Before the Storm.

The voice actors' guild, SAG-AFTRA, reached an agreement earlier this month with the video game companies they had been negotiating with. The deal freed up Burch to resume her role as Chloe once again.

The bonus episode is exclusive to the Deluxe Edition of the game. The developer Deck Nine has said is likely to be the last time Max and Chloe are ever together. Square Enix has not said if the episode will be available to other owners or separately.

Episode 1 and Episode 2 of Life is Strange: Before the Storm is available now on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. Episode 3 will mark the final episode of the core story.
