Man's Face Found in Game
News by Craig Bryan on Sep 19, 2009
It’s something you’ve always thought would be cool, and so have developers, which is why they’ve been giving us the chance to put our own face in video games for quite some time. However, Mitch Nasser was completely unaware that his face was featured in Batman: Arkham Asylum.
It was a friend from graduate school that broke the news after playing through the game. He saw Mitch in one of the cells in the Asylum, locked up with the crooks and villains of Gotham City and confronted him about it.
He is yet to see the evidence for himself, "Hopefully I'm a good guy," he said.
It all stemmed from a year ago when he filled out an advertisement on GameStop’s website for a chance to be in a video game, but upon completing it he put it to the back of his mind and thought nothing of it.
His wife recognized her husbands face in-game when presented with a screenshot, "He kind of looks like a bad guy, but he's really a great guy," she said.
