The world of Metro Exodus has already established itself as an unsettling place but the latest trailer takes it to a whole new level.
The Gamescom 2018 trailer features a lot of unnerving gameplay elements that took inspiration from horror games like Outlast and Dead Space. With the trailer opening up to a bright and colorful world before plunging into a disturbing world full of corpses and unsettling environments. What brings everything together is the children laughing.
Metro Exodus launches on Xbox One, PS4, and PC this February 22nd, 2019.
