Overwatch Update Announces Upcoming Event Archives

Overwatch's upcoming Uprising event isn't called Uprising anymore. This year's event will be called Archives.

In the announcement game director, Jeff Kaplan and lead engineer Tim Ford explained that they're planning to not only bring back Tracer's first mission, in both variants but a new mission. In addition, Kaplan teased a brand new skin featuring either Genji or Hanzo, it's likely that it'll be Hanzo given the last event featured a skin for Genji.

Kaplan stated they're planning a big unveil at the Overwatch League this Wednesday. Overwatch Achieves goes live on April 10th until April 30th.

Overwatch is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
