Atlus has announced a Persona Super Live 30th Anniversary concert for March 2027, giving fans a new reason to look to the event for the next major reveal. The concert will be the first Persona Super Live in five years, while its location and visual branding line up with details already associated with the series' next mainline entry.

The announcement comes only days after September 20, 2026, the official 30th anniversary date of Persona. That anniversary stream came and went without a major new game announcement, despite expectations that Atlus could use the occasion to reveal something substantial.

With no reveal at the stream, focus shifted to other announcement venues.

No new trailer, surprise port, or major project was shown during the celebration. That made it easier to assume that Atlus would save its bigger announcements for outside events such as The Game Awards, Summer Game Fest, Nintendo Direct presentations, or XBOX showcases. However, the March 2027 concert has reopened the possibility of Atlus using its own stage for a major announcement.

The timing is especially interesting because Persona 6 is widely expected to be the franchise's next major game. The concert takes place after Persona 4 Revival's initial release window, giving Atlus a chance to let that remake establish itself before shifting attention to a completely new entry.

It is also happening during the franchise's 30th anniversary period, rather than as a routine concert with no wider milestone attached. The release schedule around Persona 4 Revival could also explain why March is being considered as a useful point for a Persona 6 reveal.

Persona 4 Revival is scheduled to launch in mid-February 2027, with the Switch 2 version following in late May.

A March announcement would therefore arrive roughly a month after the first major release window. That spacing could give Persona 4 Revival enough time to receive attention before Atlus introduces Persona 6. A reveal too close to the remake's launch could risk pulling attention away from it, while waiting until March would create a clearer transition between the two games.

The alternative possibilities are less straightforward.
