Delivering the Spooky Mask is the third errand you undertake for the Happy Mask Shop in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
After selling both the Keaton Mask and the Skull Mask, the shop owner allows you to borrow this eerie wooden facepiece. The going rate set by the vendor is 30 Rupees, and you need to find an eager buyer who has a fascination with frightening things.
The customer for the Spooky Mask is the young boy who wanders around near the gravestones. He wants to look intimidating like Dampé the gravekeeper, so seeing you wear the mask immediately catches his interest in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

Graveyard Buyer Location
You must locate the boy in Kakariko Village Graveyard during the day while playing as young Link.
Leave Hyrule Castle Town Market and travel east across Hyrule Field to reach Kakariko Village. Run past the central tree and the windmill toward the back corner of town, then head through the stone entryway on the eastern edge to enter the Graveyard.
The boy only appears outdoors while the sun is up. If you arrive after dark, equip your Ocarina and play the Sun's Song to shift the time directly to daytime. You will see the little boy walking slowly between the tombstones in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
Selling the Spooky Mask
Before approaching the child, open your inventory screen and assign the Spooky Mask to one of your active item buttons.
Equip the mask to your face so Link is wearing it out in the open. Walk directly up to the walking boy and speak with him.
He will comment on how frightening the mask looks, express his excitement, and buy it right off your face for 30 Rupees. This matches the exact fee required by the shopkeeper, meaning you break even on the transaction in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
