Shenmue I & II Gets New 1080p Screenshots Showing Improved Quality

Last week, SEGA revealed that the rumors of a remastered version of Shenmue 1 & 2 were true. The games are coming soon and the publisher released new images showcasing the game's improved visual quality.

The images show the forklift race, fighting, the Good Taste Grocery in Hong Kong, and some cutscenes. The improved image quality does showcase the remastered versions in a new light.

Besides the 1080p resolution, gamers will be treated to visual options on PC, optimized UI, a choice between modern and classic control schemes, and both English and Japanse audio.

Shenmue 1 & 2 releases this year on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
