Shenmue III Passes $7 Million in Crowdfunding, New Screenshot Provided

Ys Net released a new update on their kickstart for Shenmue III, confirming that the game has reached a staggering $7 million in funding from their fans through PayPal and new details on the combat system.

The "AI Battling" system will be implemented, allowing the player to perform the perfect counter and technique given the distance between the player and the enemy. In addition, a screenshot was provided showing the combat system in progress.

Shenmue III is in development for PS4 and PC and set for a 2019 release.
