Shin Megami Tensei Liberation Dx2 Collaboration with Berserk and Bayonetta Announced

The mobile RPG Shin Megami Tensei Liberation Dx2 is getting a new crossover event. Featuring the dark fantasy series Berserk and PlatinumGames Bayonetta.

The Bayonetta event will run from today until March 5th. If you want more Bayonetta the Bayonetta and Vanquish 10th Anniversary Bundle is now available on PS4 and Xbox One. Featuring not only the acclaimed title that started Bayonetta but also Vanquish. An underappreciated action-adventure title full of mechs, robotic suits, high-speed combat, and lots of fights against giant robots.

Shin Megami Tensei Liberation Dx2 sees new challenge quests and event rewards being part of the event features. In addition, the five-star characters Bayonetta and Jeanne, who will also return to SMT Liberation Dx2 for the second time, will be buffed and a new skill called “spirit merge” will be added.

The Berserk event will start later this year. No release date was provided. For those unaware, Berserk is an acclaimed franchise that stars Guts. A deadly swordsman who is seeking revenge against his former leader and friend Griffith. The narrative is often cited as one of the best examples of dark fantasy, where demons and magic exist but in a much more sinister fashion.
