Steam Summer Sale Round-up for July 6

After yesterday's quite interesting phase in the Steam Summer Sale, today seems to compensate by offering only a few interesting deals.

Let's start with the good news, though: the complete edition of Grand Theft Auto IV (which includes The Ballad of Gay Tony and The Lost and the Damned) can be bought for a mere €8,74, which is remarkable seeing as you're essentially getting 3 full games for this price. A definite must-own if you've been avoiding these games until now.

 

There are a couple of other interesting offers: Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 are 5 euros each, Batman Arkham Asylum 7,50, Prototype 10 and Killing Floor 4,50. But while these games are potentially interesting, they are either available for the same price boxed or have already been featured in regular sales many times before.

Far Cry 2 tends to get a lot of hate from gamers, but at €5 it might be worth checking out this mixed bag of a video game. I've actually seen Far Cry 2 and 1 bundled in a boxset for the same price, though, so the deal isn't that great by any means. Far Cry 1 is also on sale for 2,50, by the way.

 

Lastly, the Gothic franchise is on sale, so every game (except for the first one) can be bought separately at a 75% discount, or the entire series can be bought for €18,74.
