Publisher Modus Games and developer Frozenbyte are gearing up for the release of Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince. Arriving next week, the title marks a return to the series 2.5D roots. This time around, the trio of Amadeus, Zoya and Pontius must save the world from the nightmares plaguing Prince Selius, that thanks to his magical abilities can slip into the real world.

Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince continues to bear the series' trademark fairytale charm. While, in many ways, the fourth entry marks a return to familiar territory, the title also brings about some changes. Combat has received a revamp, while its local and online multiplayer modes support up to 4 players.
Trine 4 is due out on October 8th on PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
