Updated: Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time Remake Image Leaks Online

Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time is considered one of Ubisoft's best games and restarted the series. Since then the franchise has been dormant with minor releases such as the Prince Of Persia VR escape room. Despite many fans wanting a sequel to the reboot Prince Of Persia 2008 that left the series in a permanent cliffhanger looks like we are getting a remake of Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time.

Rumors have been circulating about a remake but a recent image has added flames to the fire. Remakes are common, especially with older games like these. They also test the market to see if the franchise is still popular and if it does well we could see a brand new game.

Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time released back in 2004 and was a smash hit. It follows an unnamed Prince who obtains a special dagger called the Dagger of Time. The Prince's father presents the Sands as a gift to Azad unknown that the Vizier plans to betray them. By releasing the Sands the prince turns the populist into savage monsters and must correct his mistakes and return the Sands. Using the Sands the Prince could rewind time to complete platforming challenges and kill enemies by absorbing the Sand into the dagger.
