Wartile To Receive One Last Major Update Before Its February Release

Looking at Wartile and its gorgeous figurines, it's easy to see the game has something rather interesting going on. It's a PC digital boardgame that's inspired by Norse mythology where you get to level up, customize figurines and do battle. From a distance, combat might seem like a turn-based affair, but it's actually cooldown-based, meaning that the combat's flow runs uninterrupted while players still have time to decide on what to do next. Wartile's latest update introduces two new Battleboards, which take players to Jotunheim and Niflheim.

Alongside the new Battleboards, the merchant menu has received an overhaul, allowing players to browse and compare owned items, and handling both the buying and selling of items. A handful of campaign menu improvements are also part of the update and you can read them in the full announcement. Wartile is set to leave Early Acess on February 8th, 2018.
