Zelda Themed Amiibos will Unlock Special Features in the The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD

A new video has surfaced detailing how the Wolf Link, Link, Toon Link, Zelda, Sheik, and Ganondorf amiibos will unlock in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD.

The Link and Toon Link amiibos will restore Link’s arrows, Zelda and Sheik restore Link’s hearts, Ganondorf makes the game harder, and Wolf Link will unlock the Cave of Shadows, which acts as a horde mode. This confirms the rumor stating that the amiibo will unlock hidden content, but a horde mode, perhaps, wasn’t what players were expecting.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD will release on Wii U on March 4.
