The Loop of Life Abyss challenge in Pywel is a straightforward Abyss Restoration Challenge that focuses on moving platforms and power cells. This guide explains how to manage the rotating rings and reach the final Abyss Artifact to earn your rewards.

Starting the First Connection

Jump down from the starting point to see a floating panel right above a switch. This is your first destination. You need to use a Pump Skill to drive the panel down into the slot.

This initial move establishes the rhythm for the entire Abyss Puzzle. You'll be repeating these actions to ascend the Crimson Desert structure.

Getting to the Upper Platforms

After activating the first switch, scan the area for the next floating platform.

It is better to climb as high as you can before trying to pull the platform toward you.

Moving it while you are below can be difficult. Lift the platform and push it toward the next high ledge. To reach it, use your jump or a Double Jump if you have it unlocked. Combine this with Focus Punches to gain extra height and then glide over to the new area in Crimson Desert.

Managing the Abyss Power Cells

Pick up the next Abyss Power Cell and bring it to the puzzle box on this level. The device usually rotates on its own as you get close, so try not to fight the movement. Look for the Green Leaves on top of the cell; if you do not see them, it is not lined up correctly.

Once the leaves appear, use a Punch to lock it in. This will open a nearby wall and start the outer ring moving. It moves slowly, but stay centered so you do not roll off the edge into the Abyss.

Removing and Reusing Parts

To finish the climb, you must head back down to the first Abyss Power Cell you installed. Removing it can be tricky. Instead of using your standard push or pull commands, use the Right Stick to turn it. Hold it steady once it starts to vibrate, and it will eventually pop out.

Take this cell back up to the top ring. Since the ring is moving, it is much easier to run in the same direction it is turning rather than fighting against it.

The Final Activation

Find the last connector on the highest ring and plug the cell in. This activates the final part of the challenge. Be careful with the last switch because it sits vertically.

You cannot simply hit it from below like the others. Use a bit of careful positioning to make sure you don't accidentally jump off the ledge while trying to trigger the final Punch. Once the connection is solid, the challenge is complete in Crimson Desert.
