Types and Limits

The base game has Port Crystals, and Norgan has a separate set. In Norgan, you place up to five. The region also has fixed Port Crystals, such as one at the village and one near the castle. You find the fixed ones as you explore.

The Travel Loop

Place a Port Crystal in the area where you explore. When you hold too much weight, or when you want to appraise relics, use your Eternal Fairy Stone to return to the village. Sort your gear and appraise your relics, then teleport back to the placed crystal. Pick the crystal up, move on, and place it again further along.

Getting the Eternal Fairy Stone

The Eternal Fairy Stone travels to Port Crystals with no limit on uses. You receive it after the base game quest Seat of the Sovereign, which comes early in the story.

Placing Crystals at Obelisks

Place a crystal next to the Obelisk for your vocation and the Obelisk for your main pawn. You return to these two often to use the drop buffs, and the crystals save the walk.
