The Witch's Staff in Hades II provides lots of combat choices, each having distinct features and strategic elements to provide you with optimum damage output and survivability in Hades II.

Aspect of Melinoë

When you have the Aspect of Melinoë, your main tactic is always to be activating your Omega Specials in Hades II.

This build becomes extremely powerful when you get Apollo's legendary Boon and the Dual Moonshot upgrade, which lets you fire off four projectiles at once at an immense speed.

Your essential Boon selection should include Nova Flourish from Apollo, which significantly increases your special damage while expanding the area of effect in Hades II.

Exceptional Talent, also from Apollo, doubles your OmegaAttack and Omega Special firing rate at the cost of additional Magick consumption.

To keep your fast-shot skill, level up Racing Thoughts from Hermes, and all of your Omega Moves will be quicker. Also, grab any Magick restoration Boons to keep your special gameplay going in Hades II.

For the hammer upgrade, your anchor upgrade is Dual Moonshot, shooting two bullets per special and 40% less range.

Alternative upgrades include Aetheric Moonburst, which grants your Omega Special a power shot dealing 50% bonus damage and restoring 20 Magick, Shimmering Moonshot for projectile bouncing with 10% damage increase per hit up to two additional foes, or Rapid Moonshot for 25% faster special attacks.

Aspect of Circe

The Aspect of Circe transforms your combat approach to focus heavily on Cast and Omega Cast abilities.

The cornerstone of this build is Air Quality from Zeus, which becomes essential for maximizing lightning bolt damage and Psychic Leash effectiveness in Hades II.

Your Boon priorities should center around Storm Ring from Zeus, creating lightning bolts that repeatedly strike individual foes within your binding circle.

Double Strike from Zeus allows your lightning effects to strike twice more, dramatically increasing your damage potential. Air Quality ensures you never deal with less than the damage limit while maintaining at least 5 Air in Hades II.

From Apollo, seek Prominence Flare for rapid area damage after your OmegaCast expires, and Super Nova to expand your cast size until expiration.

The duo Boon Glorious Disaster, combining Zeus and Apollo, enables you to channel an additional 30 Magick into your Omega Cast for repeated lightning strikes.

Aspect of Momus

The Aspect of Momus excels when you focus on Apollo's Boons and maximize your Omega Moves usage in Hades II.

This build can achieve up to six OmegaAttacks with a single activation when properly configured with the right Boons and upgrades.

Your Boon selection should prioritize Nova Strike from Apollo for increased attack damage and area coverage. Exceptional Talent from Apollo remains crucial for doubling your Omega Attack and Omega Special effectiveness.

Choose any special Boon that complements your playstyle, but ensure you maintain strong Magick regeneration, with Lucid Gain from Apollo being particularly valuable as it can trigger three times.

For hammer upgrades, Mirrored Thrasher doubles your attack hits while consuming 5 Magick per use in Hades II.

Consider Vampiric Cataclysm for health restoration upon killing foes with your Omega Attack, or Cross Cataclysm for 50% bonus damage and sideways striking capabilities.

Aspect of Anubis

The Aspect of Anubis requires precise positioning and timing, as you'll use your Omega Attack to apply Wave Strike twice. Remember that this effect only activates at the edges of your attack circle, which you can visualize when using your OmegaAttack.

Your Boon selection should focus on Wave Strike from Poseidon for splash damage that knocks foes away in Hades II.
