Keratos in Metroid Prime 4: Beyond is an aggressive ice-based boss that you will be able to take down in the Quarantine Chamber.
Keratos' freeze attacks make the fight particularly challenging and require you to be patient and persistent. This guide explains how to defeat Keratos.
The boss fight happens in a frozen arena surrounded by ice. You'll be able to access it from the surface by taking an elevator down to Quarantine.

At the beginning of the boss fight, you'll notice that Keratos' body is armored, and shooting at it will barely cause any damage as most of the shots end up ricocheting off. However, Keratos exposes his green, glowing eye in specific windows.
It's his primary weakness, and you should target it whenever he exposes it. Locking onto Keratos is usually helpful as it allows you to dodge quickly and easily by double-tapping B. But it can also make it hard to shoot at his green eye, so it's crucial that you find a balance.
Keratos also performs an attack in which he rolls across the arena in his ball form. Jumping over these rolling attacks tends to be a more reliable way to dodge than just strafing sideways.
The fight may seem slow and tiring after a certain point, but it’s worth persevering through. Shooting at Keratos' eyes enough will inevitably cause him to hit the wall mid-attack and become staggered for a brief period.

It's when he reveals his weakest point, the belly. It's easy to spot as it glows red, and shooting at it will significantly reduce Keratos’ HP.
Keratos also tends to spawn ice minions that tend to be a nuisance if not taken care of. It's essential to take them down as soon as they spawn.
Another attack under his sleeve is his Blizzard Spin attack, where he brews a storm as he spins. You are required to shoot at the ice that he spins on, as the attack does deal significant damage.
The last of Keratos' attacks is his beam, where he spins and projects a laser that freezes targets in place. If you do get caught, you'll need to spam the A button until the ice breaks, jump, and dodge to avoid being hit.

Repeating this process of taking his Ice Minions down, dodging his attacks, and prioritizing weaknesses, like the Green Eye, will stagger him and reveal his red glowing belly - inevitably resulting in Keratos's defeat.
