The Omega Griever is one of the more tedious boss fights in Metroid Prime 4: Beyond. The Omega Griever tends to be aggressive and relies on its movement.
It can be a tricky fight because of how small the damage windows are and also because of how tanky the boss is.
Winning the fight requires you to attack the boss's vulnerable spots. It requires you to have an understanding of when to attack and when to defend. Patience and persistence will be your key to making it out of the fight as a victor. This guide will explain how.

At the beginning of the fight, you'll notice that the boss doesn't really take damage. The only way to deal damage is by first by shooting at its limbs and staggering it. The legs are more exposed than the rest of the body, making it the weakest point.
Omega Griever moves pretty fast, so you'll want to avoid locking on, as that causes the game's auto-lock to aim at its armored body. Free aiming will give you better control, even if it might be a bit more difficult.
After dealing enough damage, the Omega Griever will have a small window where it becomes stunned and exposes its belly. During that small period, you'll want to turn into your Morph Ball form and plant your Psychic Bombs.
Follow this attack by shooting at its exposed belly to deal more damage to it by using your heavier attacks.
Do note the drop in Omega Griever's health following the stun. It will have depleted a bit, depending on the damage you have dealt to it.
Proceed by repeating the same attack patterns. Though it might not deal damage, you will still inevitably be rewarded with stunning the boss, giving you an opportunity to attack it.
When the Omega Griever makes in on to the ground it may do lunging jump attacks, it usually lunges twice. You'll want to dodge these attacks by briefly locking on and moving sideways.
Pay attention and move away whenever the boss does its double arm swipe attack, as it can also inflict a lot of damage.

With every new phase, the boss showcases its repertoire of attacks, which may include its AoE shockwave attack, which can be countered by timing your jump.
However, jumping too early may cause you to take damage, so you'll want to take your time to dodge it properly when it gets close. It also has a grab attack where it uses its tongue.
Ideally, you'll want to strafe it, but there are also perks of being caught out by the tongue attack. Whenever you are grabbed, the boss will slowly drag you towards it, and it is the best time to shoot at its mouth. Shooting a few times will be enough to stagger it, giving you a window to deal damage.

After dealing significant damage, the Omega Griever will jump up to the wall and call upon its minions to attack you. It's when it also absorbs the green crystal, making it more difficult to deal damage.
Despite this, you'll still want to repeat the same process of shooting its limbs after taking on its minions. Its minions, the Maul Grievers, also tend to drop health pickups when killed, making them pretty handy.
At low health, the Omega Griever does a lot more long-range attacks, where it throws poisonous fluid-like balls and also does a lot of damage, as well as a laser beam attack.
However, these can be easily managed by turning into your Morph Ball state or by simply dodging them.
At the end of the fight, the Omega Griever may settle down and eventually stop attacking, even if it may have health. You'll still want to maintain a distance and only shoot if the red belly is exposed. Repeating this process should defeat the Omega Griever.
With steady, sustained damage to its limbs and proper dodges, with a tiny bit of luck and patience, the Omega Griever can eventually be taken down.
