The Cliffs of Ibarra Tulu Cylinder can appear in one of three locations during its objective in The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu. Checking the possible spawns in a fixed order prevents you from wandering between the cliffs, ruins, and caves without a clear route.

Follow the Cart Tracks

Leave the camp by moving straight ahead and follow the muddy wheel tracks used by the Cow Cart. Stay with the route as it bends left toward the ruins. When you reach the river and lower bridge, loop around carefully and give the cart enough room to pass before continuing into the open area.

Check the Upper Platform

Pass the left side of the Cthulhu monument while keeping the statue on your right. Follow the tracks toward the fallen tree, then angle left to reach a small bridge and steps. Cross the next bridge and inspect the raised platform. This is the first possible Tulu Cylinder spawn.

Search the Cave Ramp

If the platform is empty, descend and turn right while keeping the fallen log to your left. Continue to the rocks, curve right, and enter the nearby cave. Check the upper part of the interior ramp for the second possible spawn before moving deeper into the region.

Enter the Northern Dark Cave

When the first two locations are empty, head north to the darker cave system. Bring a Lantern because visibility drops sharply inside. Follow the cave passage, climb the ladders, and listen for a slow drumbeat. The sound becomes clearer near the final Tulu Cylinder location.

Return to the Expedition

Retrace the route after collecting the cylinder and load it onto the Cow Cart so your hands remain free. Escort the cargo back to the Rowboat, leave the area safely, and return to the main ship to complete the objective.

Check the upper platform, the cave ramp, and the northern dark cave in that order, then extract with the Tulu Cylinder on the Cow Cart.
