Remedy Run in The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu is a named treasure-recovery Contract, not an extra medicine mission. You do it by getting enough riches to meet the required quota and get out alive. Gives you a ton of Bandages, Healthpacks, and Smelling Salts to survive on, but picking up too much optional loot can still cause you to fail the extraction.
Check the Treasure Requirement
Inspect Remedy Run on the Contract table before leaving the Galleon. The objective is to recover treasure, so note the required value and choose only the weapons and healing supplies your group needs. Leave open inventory slots for valuables and keep at least one Smelling Salts available for reviving a fallen explorer.

Use the Healing-Heavy Equipment Pool
The Contract supplies several Bandages, Healthpacks, Smelling Salts, armor pieces, and basic weapons. Divide these among the team instead of letting one explorer carry all the medical items. A light source and a reliable melee weapon are especially useful when searching structures and defending the Ox-Wagon.

Search High-Value Structures First
Follow the main trails with the Ox-Wagon and search forts, camps, and other marked structures before wandering deep into the jungle. Collect treasure that gives good value for its inventory size. Place bulky or valuable objects in the rear of the Ox-Wagon immediately so they remain secured while you continue searching.
Confirm the Quota and Return
Open Mission Information after depositing treasure and confirm that the required value has been reached. A Logbook can provide Tokens, but it does not replace the Contract’s treasure requirement. Once the quota is complete, regroup at the Ox-Wagon and begin the return instead of risking the run for unnecessary loot.

Survive the Extraction
Remedy Run is completed by meeting the treasure quota, securing the valuables in the Ox-Wagon, and extracting with the expedition alive.
Stay near the wagon on the return route and use the remaining medical supplies only when needed. Revive downed teammates quickly with Smelling Salts, avoid prolonged fights, and board the Galleon once the expedition exit becomes available.
