Pathologic 3 Guide | All Endings and How to Unlock Them

Pathologic 3 comes down to a few important flags that determine whether or not every ending may be unlocked. These flags include whether or not Stvorki is visited, what occurs at the Polyhedron, and which critical tasks are accomplished before Day 12. 

Through the use of this guide, each conclusion is transformed into a clear list of needs, allowing you to plan the appropriate path without wasting a whole run on the incorrect option.

Seeker Of Miracles Ending Requirements

To trigger Seeker Of Miracles, you need to visit the street in Stvorki, visit the Polyhedron on Day 12, and recognize Simon Kain. 

You also need the Polyhedron to be destroyed, which can happen if Karminsky is dead, if you do not interfere with Aglaya Lilich on Day 2, or if you personally choose destruction. The Stvorki street visit has little impact on this ending, because Bachelor tends to pick it anyway after visiting the Polyhedron.

True Immortality Ending Requirements

For True Immortality, visit the Polyhedron on Day 12 and recognize Simon Kain. Keep Karminsky alive by warning him about Stamatin's assassination attempt. Stop Aglaya Lilich on the second day; this quest appears automatically after the first ending, and you simply need to jump to Day 2. 

You also need to complete the quest involving the archive of the first outbreak of Sand Fever (also referred to as Gerbil in some notes). After the quest reset, mix Tobacco and Belladonna at the beginning of the next day, or the quest may not advance without console help. 

Tobacco is typically traded with children, while Belladonna can appear in drawers, including at Lara Ravel's. If the quest becomes stuck, use the console with Ctrl+Shift+\`` and try add_item Belladonna_Item.defandadd_item Tabacco_Item.def`. The solution for this ending is to save the Polyhedron.

The Price Of A Miracle Ending Requirements

To get The Price Of A Miracle, do not visit the Polyhedron on Day 12, or do not recognize Simon Kain. Keep Karminsky alive, stop Aglaya Lilich on the second day, and complete the quest involving the archive of the first outbreak of Sand Fever (noted as Peschanka in some versions). 

The solution remains the same: save the Polyhedron. This ending is very similar to True Immortality, except the memory of Simon Kain is erased with the help of the Rat Prophet.

Academician Ending Requirements

For Academician, avoid visiting the street in Stvorki. Do not visit the Polyhedron on Day 12, or do not recognize Simon Kain, then destroy the Polyhedron. This ending previously had issues due to a release bug, but it is now reported to work normally.

Rot Ending Requirements

It is necessary to finish the Mainquest in order to complete Rot, the children must not be released from the Polyhedron on Day 11. It would appear that other outcomes are less significant than ensuring that you are able to leave the Whirlpool on day 12. While this is going on, the children are still confined within the polyhedron building. 

Fiasco Ending Requirements

To force Fiasco, the Mainquest must fail. Cancel the entire Aglaya Lilich and Burakh route from Day 11 onward. 

If route cancellation does not work, use the console with Ctrl+Shift+\`` and enter set_global_variable Know_Main_RodOfPolyhedron false, set_global_variable Know_Main_SimonInfectedTheTown false, set_global_variable Know_Main_PolyhedronCausedThePlague false, and set_global_variable Know_Main_UnergroundBloodRivers false`. Speak to Mark before leaving the Whirlpool, and the ending should trigger.

Predestination Ending Requirements

For Predestination, visit the street in Stvorki, but do not visit the Polyhedron on Day 12, or do not recognize Simon Kain. Then destroy the Polyhedron.

Escape Ending Requirements

To unlock Escape, complete the Griffin questline on Day 7. It is often safer to do this early, because some runs may not reach this ending reliably after the Day 12 finale.

Helpful Tips for More Endings

On Day 12, the Rat Prophet can erase knowledge of Simon Kain, which can open up new endings. The Rat Prophet does not seem able to erase the memory of Stvorki Street. You can only get help if Saburova's quest to find the Rat Prophet is completed on Day 5. 

The Rat Prophet refuses if the Deratization decree is active on any day, but the decree can be cancelled. You do not need to bring the Rat Prophet to the Polyhedron; finish the game with any ending, and the Rat Prophet should appear in the Room of Mirrors with extremely profitable services. 

If needed, erase the street using set_global_variable Know_BachelorWalkedDownTheStreet false, and erase Simon Kain using set_global_variable Know_Main_YouAreSimon false.
