To access high-security areas like the Isolation Ward, you need the Level 2 ID Wristband. This process involves gathering mechanical tools, finding artificial organs, and surviving a few boss encounters. Follow these steps to upgrade your clearance.

Preparations and the Wrench

Before you can start, you must have the Level 1 ID Wristband. You can find this on a body near the Waiting Room by heading up the stairs.

If a large monster chases you, lead him through the doors to lose him. Once you have level one clearance, go to the West Hall and open the Level 1 Security Point.

Within, you'll discover the Custodian's Office, a designated save point. Don't forget to grab the Wrench while you're there; you'll need it down the line.

Finding the Artificial Lungs

Head down to the Garage and walk to the very end of the area. You will find the Organ Transplant Box in Resident Evil Requiem.

To open it, you need to solve a mechanical puzzle: swap the dial to hand, move the fifth and second switches down, shift the mechanism up, and swap the dial back. This grants you the Artificial Lungs.

As you try to leave, a monster will block your path. Stay back and use your handgun; it only takes a few well-placed shots to bring him down.

Once he is defeated, the path will clear, allowing you to crawl through the wreckage and return to the main hallway near the Conference Room.

Finding the Artificial Heart

Return to the top left section of the West Wing near Cold Storage. You might have to face some zombies in this area, but it's best to hold off until the wandering Chef has moved on to avoid a more significant skirmish.

Use the Wrench on the Cold Storage door, turning it until it gives. Then, go in and grab the Artificial Heart. With both organs in your pack, you are ready to head to the East Wing in Resident Evil Requiem.

Getting the Level 2 Wristband

Travel to the Examination Room in the East Wing. Inside, you will find a body that needs the organs you collected. Place the Artificial Lungs and the Artificial Heart into the matching slots. This will trigger a fight as the zombie reanimates.

Defeat this zombie using your remaining ammo. Once he is dead, he will drop the Level 2 ID Wristband.

With this item in hand, you're cleared to head to the Isolation Ward. That's where you'll find the level two security door, and unlocking it is a must if you want to get anywhere near the facility's most restricted areas.
