Shovel Knight Coming to Nintendo Switch, New Cooperative Mode Confirmed, and Swap Shovel Knight's Body

Yacht Club Games still hasn't finished with Shovel Knight. The popular action-adventure indie title is now coming to the Nintendo Switch will all its previously released content and future updates. This includes the upcoming campaign Specter of Torment.

Yacht Club also revealed that all versions of the game will be available as separate stand-alone campaigns to purchase on all platforms. The original campaign will now be called Shovel Knight: Shovel of Hope. 

In addition, a body swap mode will be available in the game's campaign that switches the appeal of the hero Shovel Knight into Shield Knight.

Cooperative mode will finally come to Shovel Knight but will be absent in the 3DS and Vita versions of the game.

If you don't own Shovel Knight it would be wise to decide whether to purchase it now as the price will increase this Spring.

Shovel Knight is now available on Xbox One, PS4, PS3, PS Vita, 3DS, Wii U, Mac, Linux, and PC.
