Like Rocksteady, Turtle Rock Studios have confirmed they won't be attending E3 2019. That means no Back 4 Blood footage.

This will be another annoyance for many gamers looking forward to this title. As Turtle Rock Studios are known for Left 4 Dead and Evolve. While the later game didn't get the same acclaimed status as Left 4 Dead it was still a well-made competitive shooter.
