Child of Light TV Series and Werewolves Within Movie Confirmed by Ubisoft

Ubisoft is looking to expand their franchises with a new line of television shows based on the 2014 RPG Child of Light and the 2016 VR Werewolves Within. Ubisoft confirmed this themselves in a new video featuring Tasha Huo and Mishna Wolff, the female writers behind these projects.

Child of Light will be a "playable fairy tale" that follows a girl on a journey of self-discovery. It was described as a "respectful" and "cool take" on Ubisoft's franchise according to Tasha Huo.

The Werewolves Within movie will be a "live action horror-comedy" that takes place in a small town with the resident taking justice in their own hands.

These are not the only projects from Ubisoft Motion Pictures, with Watch_Dogs and The Division starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Jessica Chastain.
