Dead Rising 4 New DLC Content Now Available, New Difficulty Options Coming 2017

Capcom Vancouver revealed Dead Rising 4: Stocking Stuffer Holiday Pack, a new DLC package for free for Dead Rising 4 Season Pass and Deluxe Edition holders but $4.99 for everyone else.

In the DLC Zombies are dressed up for the holidays as gingerbread men, reindeer, snowmen, and elves. Additionally, the DLC comes with a brand new set of weapons that include the Lights Out which is a baseball bat with barbed wire and lights, a variation of Blast from the Past called the Candy Pain, and Christmas light motorcycle with a reindeer head strapped on the front that shoots lasers called Santa's Little Melter.

Frank West will gain access to a Santa outfit and his camera now gets a holiday-themed border option.

The two new difficulty settings will come to Story Mode early 2017 but details will be shared after the holidays according to Capcom Vancouver.

Two more expansions are expected for Dead Rising 4 including the Frank Rising and Super Ultra Dead Rising 4 Mini Golf set to release early 2017.

Dead Rising 4 is now available on Xbox One and Windows 10.
