EA Play is rumored to show off a new Dead Space title that is hinted to be a remake of the original. However, many are hoping to see Mass Effect and Dragon Age at the event but EA confirmed both will not be shown at the event.
We’re hard at work creating the next @dragonage and @masseffect games and have some exciting stuff coming to @SWTOR this year. While we won’t be showing anything at EA Play Live, be sure to check out our SWTOR Livestream at 12PM PT today for info on what’s to come!

This could mean 2 things, the developers need more time before showing anything as not to repeat E3 2017's Anthem presentation or the games are suffering from development issues. Critical figures from the studio like Mass Effect's Casey Hudson and Dragon Age's Mark Darrah have left which left many worried about the franchises. This coupled with BioWare's recent games being in development hell as detailed in Jason Scheier's reports on Dragon Age Inquisition, Mass Effect Andromeda, and Anthem and people wonder if BioWare will ever regain their footing. Mass Effect Legendary Edition was a massive success and restarted demand for the franchise but those games were already established as being incredible.
This could also mean that BioWare and EA have learned from past mistakes and taking their time with these projects. The last thing gamers want to hear is that these projects also caused emotional breakdowns as a result of poor management.
