New Rumors Surfaced About Beyond Good and Evil 2 Coming to the NX

A new rumor has surfaced regarding Nintendo and Ubisoft's Beyond Good and Evil 2.

The long awaited cult classic from Ubisoft has been continuously delayed and new footage has yet to be seen. However rumors have surfaced that Nintendo is looking to make the game an NX exclusive.

The rumor is sourced from Geno, stating that Nintendo will release the game for the Nintendo NX in 2017. If this is true that development for Beyond Good and Evil 2 is now only in dangerous waters but Nintendo will be the saviors to bring the long-awaited title.

Geno provided details to a Alexander Maier, a writer at Dual Pixels, with a document outlining details for the sequel according to destructoid.

Nintendo has done this once before. Bayonetta 2 was almost cancelled and it was because of Nintendo that PlatinumGames was able to release the sequel. While Ubisoft hasn’t had the best track record releasing games on the Wii U they did release ZombiU as an exclusive launch title for Nintendo's latest system, showing that the publisher isn’t against releasing platform exclusive titles.
