Capcom recently pulled the Devil May Cry V demo to make room for the updated demo coming this February. In addition, the company has confirmed the Resident Evil 2 2019 demo launching this Friday, the catch is that you have 30 minutes to complete it before it's gone.
Players who complete the demo will have the chance to experience a never-before-seen cinematic. In addition, you can complete the demo as many times as you want but once the timer is up the demo will be closed off.
The demo will have players in control of Leon Kennedy as he wanders the RPD police station, the same demo was provided to E3 and NYCC attendees. it's unclear if Capcom will release the Claire demo we played at NYCC 2018.
The 1-Shot Demo will land on Xbox One, PS4, and PC starting this Friday, January 11 and will be available for download from then until January 31. The full game will arrive on all the same platforms later this month on January 25.
The Deluxe Edition, which includes a DLC Pack with bonus costumes for Leon and Claire, an additional “Samurai Edge – Albert Model” handgun, and a retro soundtrack swap that switches the music out for tracks from the original game.
