The Avengers Project Now Has Developers From Naughty Dog and Visceral Games

Square Enix announced The Avengers Project last year and started a lot of noise. In development by Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Montreal, the project has been kept in secret with the only significant piece of information being that it's a multi-year and multi-game endeavor. Today Crystal Dynamics announced that director of Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, Shaun Escayg, and Dead Space producer, Stephen Barry, would join the team.

Shaun Escayg is the creative director of the game while Stephen Barry will serve as director of production. No details were provided about the project yet or what platforms. Considering that the next Avengers movie is coming out on May 4th it's likely we'll hear more then.

The Avengers Project is in development for unspecified consoles.
