Yooka-Laylee Surpasses 1 Million Players

The developers at Playtonic Games who made the retro game Yooka-Laylee has hit 1 million players.

The news was revealed on Twitter where Playtonic thanked their fans for making their project possible. Yooka-Laylee was a rare title that not only saw incredible amounts of donations from Kickstarter but followed through by creating a title that many gamers enjoyed.

So far Playtonic has been quiet about future content for the game or if a new project is in the works.

Yooka-Laylee is now available for PS4, PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
