In chapter 8 you’ll enter a area with a Pinwheel Puzzle. This works the same as the one from the Osaka Shrine Room used to reach the Deep Path.

You need to spin the parts so the patterns that look the same are touching each other. There are different ways to turn them to make the colors and shapes line up.

Opening the Path

Solving the puzzle makes a door open inside the Kureha Shrine. This path serves as a way out. Help Mayu get on her feet and then head toward the Kureha Shrine together. A scene will start once you reach the highest point of the area.

The Shrine Battle

After the scene ends, stay ready for a fight. You have to face the three Wraiths waiting at the top. Defeat these enemies to continue through the Kureha Shrine in FATAL FRAME II: Crimson Butterfly REMAKE.
