CD Projekt Red Defend Themselves Against Second Cyberpunk 2077 Lawsuit
The studio will take "vigerous" action against it

Another 'regulatory announcement' has confirmed a second Lawsuit has been filed against CD Projekt Red, following the disastrous launch of Cyberpunk 2077.

While the announcement didn't go into the specifics regarding what the claim was for, the company did disclose it was "the same as the one disclosed by the Company in Current Report 68/2020 of 25 December 2020" (meaning the first lawsuit).
Those who made the first claim - The Rosen Law Firm - did so on behalf of investors. They said the company made false or misleading statements about the state of the game, going on to substantiate the claim on grounds of the virtual unplayability on last-generation consoles.
The fallout from the game's botched release continues to escalate, with the new lawsuit coming shortly after the company's blog post regarding their 'commitment to quality'.
Within, CD Project Red outline the roadmap to a fully fixed Cyberpunk 2077 experience, including two more large patches and free DLC.
