Arc System Works, known for the recently released BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle and Dragon Ball FighterZ earlier this year have announced a new game, in development by White Owls called The Missing J.J. MacField and the Island of Memories.

The trailer for the game is brutal and not only shows incredible visuals and graphics but some of the most brutal death animations you can imagine. Playdead should take notes.

The Missing J.J. MacField and the Island of Memories is currently set for a 2018 release on Xbox One, PS4, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
