Electrical Tape is an important crafting material in Breathedge 2 that can easily be missed because much of it is attached directly to pipes and wreckage. The most reliable early source is the blue tape wrapped around damaged red pipes near the station, and you need the Cutter to harvest it.

Craft the Cutter First

Before searching for Electrical Tape, make sure you have the Cutter. Tape attached to pipes cannot simply be picked up by hand, so reaching these locations without the correct tool will not let you collect it.
