Breathedge 2 Guide | Where to Find Rubber

Rubber becomes much easier to obtain after reaching the temperature-control section of Breathedge 2. Early Rubber is usually hidden beneath ice, so simply searching wreckage is not enough. You first need to progress the story, repair a Service Warmer, and then use the Cutter on the newly exposed Rubber.

Reach the Raise Ambient Temperature to 100% Objective

Continue the main story until the objective asks you to Raise Ambient Temperature to 100%. At this point, flame markers appear around the area and lead you toward Service Warmers that can be repaired.

This progression step is important because repairing these machines melts nearby ice and reveals materials that were previously inaccessible.

Prepare the Service Warmer Materials

Before heading to a Service Warmer, make sure you have the materials required for the repair. The relevant repair uses Metal, a Light Bulb, Wires, and Electronics.

You should also bring the Cutter. Repairing the warmer exposes the Rubber, but the Cutter is still required to harvest it.

Repair the Frozen Service Warmer

Travel toward one of the marked Service Warmers. The machine may initially be covered in ice. Approach it and move around the lower section until the repair interaction becomes available.

Repair Service Warmer with required materials. Once activated, the surrounding ice melts and exposes previously frozen surfaces.

Cut the Exposed Rubber

After the ice melts, look around the newly uncovered area for Rubber. Take the Cutter and use it to interact with the Rubber section, picking it up.

As you repair more Service Warmers and melt additional ice, more Rubber becomes accessible throughout the area. Not every structure contains it, so inspect the lower sections of wrecks and platforms after the ice disappears.

Repairing Service Warmers to melt the surrounding ice and then using the Cutter on the exposed material is the reliable way to collect Rubber in Breathedge 2.
