Cyberpunk 2077 Guide | Best Ninja Assassin Build
Here's a guide on the best Ninja Assassin build in Cyberpunk 2077.
Game Guide by Ragib Rawnak on Aug 11, 2025
The Ninja Assassin Build lets you take down enemies as a silent warrior by using stealth and precise attacks to kill targets.
You'll become stealthy, using both traditional ninja skills and Cyberware improvements to make yourself the best stealth character possible in Cyberpunk 2077.

Core Attributes
As you build your character, pay attention to two main traits: Cool and Reflexes. These traits are what make you a ninja; they improve your ability to hide and your skills in battle.
Primary Weapons and Equipment
You have three primary weapons: throwing knives for killing people quietly from a distance, Mantis Blades for fighting close up, and physical takedowns for killing people quickly.
These tools work together to give you more than one way to handle any battle situation while keeping your secret edge in Cyberpunk 2077.
Reflexes Skill Tree
You should make the most of both of your dash skills in the Reflexes tree to improve your mobility in battle. Get both the Finisher Bladerunner perk and the Lead and Steel perk as well.

These perks help you fight more aggressively while still keeping the accuracy of a ninja killer.
Cool Skill Tree
There are essential perks for your secret missions in the Cool Tree. When you max out the Ninjutsu perk, your moving speed in stealth mode will speed up a lot in Cyberpunk 2077.
This improvement lets you sprint while squatting, which gives you tactical benefits during infiltration missions.
To complete your sneaking skills, get the Scorpion Sting and Juggler perks as well.
Relic Tree Enhancements
To make your Mantis Blades work better, choose Jailbreak and Spatial Mapping from the Relic tree.
You should also get Emergency Cloaking to make Optical Camo work better. These Cyberware improvements give modern ninjas the technological edge they need to do their jobs.

Essential Cyberware
Optical Camo can be put in your tool slot to make you almost invisible during stealth missions.
Like wearing a robe that hides you, this technology lets you move through Night City without being seen in Cyberpunk 2077.
The Mantis Blades are your main piece of cyberware that gives you lethal close-combat skills.
Combat Strategy
Your strategy emphasizes staying hidden while employing various methods to eliminate targets. For close fights, use sneak takedowns with melee weapons or Mantis Blades.
When fighting from a distance, use throwing knives to eliminate opponents quietly. You can use hidden dragon skills to jump on enemies from high places and do aerial takedowns.

Equipment You Can Choose
You might want to get Alex's famous silenced pistol, Her Majesty, which becomes available during the main story of Phantom Liberty in Cyberpunk 2077.
This weapon gives you more choices for long-range attacks while still meeting the requirements for stealth.
The rest of your loadout gives you options based on how you like to play and what the task calls for in Cyberpunk 2077.
