Saber Interactive's World War Z is getting an updated version along with a Nintendo Switch version this year.
The new GOTY edition will include all previous DLC expansions and a new French campaign set in Marseille along with new weapons and character packs.
“With the GOTY Edition, you of course also get access to the year’s worth of free content added to World War Z since it launched, including the wave-based Horde Mode Z, Xbox One-PC crossplay, new PvE missions and enemies, a weekly challenge mode, extreme six-skulls difficulty setting and more, as well as a new playable class with a unique skill tree and abilities, coming in a free update later this year.
The season pass will be added for purchase for those who own the core game already. The Switch version does not have a release date.
World War Z GOTY will launch this May 5th for PS4, PC, and Xbox One.
