As you move forward in Dave the Diver, you will eventually unlock your first VIP visit at the sushi bar. To complete the required recipe, you must obtain a White Spotted Jellyfish. This species does not appear in the Blue Hole Shallows, so you need to dive deeper and reach a specific location. This guide walks you through where to find it and how to catch it using the correct tools.

Location of White Spotted Jellyfish

You can find the White Spotted Jellyfish in the Blue Hole Medium Depths, between 50 meters and 130 meters. However, the first time it appears, it is only available inside the Limestone Cave. The Limestone Cave is positioned near the center of the Blue Hole map, at roughly 70 meters depth.

Once you reach the cave entrance, an overlay will appear on your screen. From there, you can notice the White Spotted Jellyfish almost immediately inside the cave area.

Navigating the Limestone Cave

While moving through the Limestone Cave, you may encounter underwater currents between 50 meters and 70 meters. These currents run through the cave paths and can push you out if you are not careful. You need to control your movement properly to stay inside the cave and continue searching.

How to Catch

You cannot catch the White Spotted Jellyfish using your Harpoon, as it will bounce off without effect. If you use a Gun, you can defeat it, but this method results in reduced meat yield.

To secure the best result, you should use either the Hush Dart or the Net Gun. These tools allow you to capture the White Spotted Jellyfish with a three-star rating, making them the most effective options for this catch.
