What Are Eternal Spells?

Eternal Spells represent a distinct category of magic in Enshrouded. Unlike Basic Spells, which have a limited number of charges—akin to ammunition for your wand or staff—Eternal Spells provide infinite uses, effectively granting unlimited spell casts.

Both spell types consume Mana, displayed as the blue bar beneath the health indicator, but Eternal Spells never run out of charges. Because of this, they are powerful, especially when you find Legendary versions all over the world.

How to get your first eternal spell.

You must first save The Alchemist before they can start the Eternal Spell quest. When you talk to this NPC, the quest to get an Eternal Spell becomes open. It tells visitors how to get to a hidden tomb inside the Shroud.

For ease of use, quickly travel to Low Meadows Spire and then go into the Shroud to find the graveyard. Getting the Eternal Spell is well worth the trouble, even though the trip is hard because of the broken terrain and dangerous creatures.

How to Play Eternal Spell Quest

When you get inside the secret tomb, torches or wands can be used to light the way. Spiders and other undead enemies are the main enemies inside. The Undead Caster is the only enemy that can drop the Eternal Spell, so you should focus on killing it.

In battle, you have to be careful to avoid spike traps and pay attention to other called enemies. When you beat the Undead Caster, it will drop the Eternal Ice Bolt. Get the spell and get ready to leave the Shroud.

To get out of the Shroud, you have to find an entry tower that goes up above the broken barrier. Follow the exit road past scattered Shroud enemies, go up the stairs in the tower, and get to the top. With the new Eternal Spell, you can use fast travel to get back to safety from this high point.

Additional Eternal Spell Locations

After the first quest, Eternal Spells show up all over the Ember Veil area. Unique spells are often hidden in tombs that are hard to find. You may also find rewards in chests in castles and other interesting places.
