Ghost of Yōtei is a sequel that builds on what made Tsushima so popular while also taking some risks, some of which are brave and some of which are controversial. This guide will cover how you can get the Fireside Performance trophy.

The Fireside Performance trophy in Ghost of Yōtei is one of the simplest trophies that you can unlock early in the game. It’s awarded for playing the shamisen song while camping; it’s one of those easy-to-overlook trophies that a lot of players may miss.

When you’re at the beginning of the story, there will be a small group of merchants just outside your house. You want to approach the merchant standing close to the campfire by pressing R2.

A small manual will appear at the bottom of the screen showing several options you want. Use the D pad to select the stringed instrument to bring out the shamisen.

Selecting will have you automatically playing the song, soon to be followed by you getting the Fireside Performance Trophy.

You’ll be able to do the performance anywhere, whenever the camp is available.

To camp in other locations, if you want to call the horse by the designated call button and then wait for the approach, a short mini game or pop-up allowing you to prepare the site manually. You could also skip the section to set up instantly.
